The 5th Grade class is selling flowers to say thank you to our teachers and staff members! You can purchase flowers for $1 each and they will be delivered by your child on November 13th and 14th, 2024.

Please submit a separate form for each student ordering flowers.

Please select how many flowers you would like to buy using the drop down box.  Then select the teachers who will receive each flower using the drop down boxes that appear below your child's name.

Don't forget bus drivers, custodial staff, cafeteria staff, ASP and everyone else who makes our school the wonderful place that it is!
